Fiat Panda for 2 days 108€ + 100 € deposit Everything was clearly explained, the car was in perfect condition and no extra charges were charged.

Smooth service at pick-up, smooth and fast return. Staff informative, but not too pushy about the additional insurance, which I really appreciated. Got a car which I paid for and it served me well. Deposit released 5 days after return. Would reuse Autovia/Ecovia any time without hesitation.

I had a good experience with Autovia here. The worker that helped me spoke English perfectly, and was very friendly. He also did not try to sell me unnecessary insurance. Return was a very fast and easy process. The reason that I did not give 5 stars, is the location. It is on a busy, crowded road, making it somewhat stressful to return the car.

Only 3 star. Service on airport was fast and competent. All information clear. But the parking is horrible during rain. There is no possibility to reach the car without wet shoes. Car itself quite new of course a lot of scratches etc but it is rental car. However inside car was dirty and that bad smell inside. That is a bit not fair because in regulation is information that you should drop off the car clear inside and outsiade :]

Very well laid out, with indoor pick for car transportation. However, there was a last minute change to our platform number (which is apparently very common) and directions to the other platform were not well marked. We bitterly had to run down 2 levels, some areas of stairs & BARELY made our train to Florence. You have to watch the monitors constantly for last minute announcements!

Note that you will be charged an extra EUR 61.00 if you get to the counter after 23.00! Everything was ok with Autovia Bologna Train Station. From online booking via email two days in advance to car delivery and return. A very nice young girl helped us in the office and everything went quickly. We got a car upgrade from the reserved category. Everything well done. Pick up and drop off is at a garage a few blocks away and is also quick. The deposit was released 1 day after returning the car. I recommend renting from Autovia.

If you are in any sort of a hurry , forget it. .they don’t like the English and will make you wait while they chat and smile with the Italian customers … the car is great and great value , but they don’t like the English . Leave ALOT OF TIME , to collect and especially to drop off .

We arrived at Autovia Brindisi airport and it was a smooth and seamless experience. We had a situation with one of our drivers and was scared we wouldn’t be able to get our car because of it. However, they handled the situation so well and was able to arrange something for us that worked out perfectly. Davide was absolutely wonderful and so helpful, he was a star! We recommend :)

This was a very clean train station as is most of the train stations in Italy. On time and very large inside to get through. They have Uber pick ups on one side of the terminal.

I had a good experience overall. The car comes with a list of all present damages (all the little scratches). Luckily I didn t scratch the car further, so they returned my deposit, but I imagine they are very rigorous. They gave me the car with a half a tank of gas, so it is hard to return it exactly like that.

The only issue was with returing the car because we filled up the fuel tank but the fuel indicator did not show it to the top as if it was not full. Great car for reasonable price. Girl at reception spoke perfect english, clear instructions. I didn't have credit card (only debit) but still got the car with additional protection cover. Got a bit more expensive that way but that's not their fault. Will use them if in Bologna again.

The car supplied, however, was a CNG (compressed natural gas) powered vehicle with an emergency-backup petrol tank that holds only 9 liters. The regular version of that vehicle holds 40 liters of petrol like every normal car. We had to refill the car multiple times per day. EPIC fail by the company. Very good service. A small queue at the airport when we arrived, but smaller than other companies, and it moved quickly. The car was very clean, and had any existing marks clearly identified. For a small car (Opel Corsa), it was well spec'ed and had Android Auto, so we had full sat-nav. Everything went very well, if you carefully read the instructions on the voucher and pay with a credit card, everything goes according to plan. I received a new car (with only 1500 km on board) and upon returning after a car check in a few hours I received the deposit amount in the account. A pleasant experience! Thank you!

I rented an automatic car with Autovia for 5 days, and the whole process for renting and returning the car was very practical. I highly recommend! Negative point only for the blocking of the deposit that they did not make on my debit card, and I was forced to take out insurance for the amount of the reserve separately.

Autovia Pescara Airport is the best car rental we have ever used. The ladies at the reception desk were so sweet and provided excellent service with a smile. The conditions and insurance coverage were clearly explained. They also upgraded the car we chose from a small hatchback to a new and very luxurious suv complete with GPS for the same price! We booked our car via broker and had no issues with the broker, but when we arrived in ancona at autovia they wanted to sell us insurance very hardly. We had already full insurance for damages and theft, but they said who knows if we ever get the money back with our broker and that Apulia is a high risk area and we won't get any money back if it get stolen and this happens every day. Pick up and return was quite fast and smooth. what was bothering, is, that they charged 30€ for a special cleaning fee upon return, because there was some sand inside the car (we had it over a week). We told our friends, who had the same company and they went to get the car cleaned before return, but even they were charged the special cleaning fee. so it seems they are making money with that, which is annoying.
